In Celebration of Cheese

The Celebration is the departure point for a voyage of discovery of the very finest, accredited and recognised cheeses. It will also help you to understand and appreciate the unique nature of the craftsmanship of our producers and to uncover the secrets of the alchemy which is the cheese maturation process.

Making a reservation :

Our tasting cellar is very much in keeping with the scale and style of our business: it is of a reasonable size with four tables and a maximum capacity of 20 persons
Regular opening : Friday and Saturday evenings, but only by prior reservation.
Every other evening : Only by request (groupe of 8 peaple minimum)

Budget advice

- In Celebration of Cheese : 75 euros per person.
- Dessert (optional, not included in the above) : 6.5 euros.
- Wine : according to your personal selection from our extensive wine list (not included in the ‘Celebration’ price above).
- Average total price : if all the above elements are taken (including wine), you should budget for in the region of 110 – 160 Euros per person.

Suggestion : Fixed Price Menus
- It is also possible to leave the choice of wines to us yet remain within a predetermined budget to include the ’Celebration’, dessert, wines, water and coffee :

  • 130 Euros per person based upon ‘les grands vins’ (wines of superior quality).
  • 150 Euros per person based upon ‘vins de prestige’ (wines of superlative quality).

Our Wine List

For more than 20 years we have found ourselves under the spell of wine and over this same period we have created a fine wine cellar in which to house the very best our wine-growing friends can produce, including fruit wines and some bottles of wine considered to be truly exceptional on account of their provenance and their age.
