In 1982 Jeanine and Bernard Antony first began to sell their cheese on local and regional markets.
They have thus been working in parallel with their existing business base in Vieux Ferrette in order to develop and extend the market for their produce. It is these activities which have enabled the business to flourish since its early days. To continue to serve their longstanding client base they can be found each week at the following three markets:
Riedisheim Cultural Center : Wednesday mornings from 08.00am to 12.00am.
The Tri-border area of France, Germany and Switzerland at Huningue (Close to St Louis and Basel) : Friday mornings from 09.00am to 12.00am.
