Raclette

We offer a farm-style raclette from Savoy.
Occasionally, we have other suitable cheeses in our cellars.
If you would like an assortment, please give us a call.

Our fondue blend

We assemble a variety of mountain cheeses. A base of beautifully fruity Comté, enhanced by other long-aged cheeses such as Beaufort d’Alpage, Gruyère, and aged Comté. A flavorful composition rich in aroma.

The minimum order size is two people. Portion of approximately 200g per person at a price of €7 (raclette) or €8 (fondue).

At our shop in Vieux-Ferrette.
The shop is open:
- monday to Friday 10am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 6pm,
- saturday 9am to 5pm.

At Riedisheim market
Every Wednesday from 8am to 12pm.
The market is held at the Aronde Centre, 20 Rue d’Alsace.
At Huningue market
Every Friday from 8am to 12pm.

At Altkirch market
Every Saturday from 8am to 12pm.
The market is held in Place de la République.
