The kid Ariège, in its round wooden box, strapped spruce, resembles nothing so much as the Mont d'Or and hidden under a red marvelous crust dough flowing to perfection and deliciously scented.
This goat's milk cheese has a strong flavor but without aggressiveness. The cheese is soft almost runny which develops its creaminess. It borrows its texture Vacherin Mont d'Or and develops a balanced taste goat.
