At the heart of "Petites Pyrenees'', a goat farm in the 19 th, Suzanne and Philippe Garros Tomme produce this rich aromas of the garrigue.
Tomme has a reddish orange color. After three months of ripening, the texture becomes soft. Sometimes certain tomes become so soft, you can serve them with a spoon after being decapitated. Not found a goat taste very powerful, floral aromas can grow nicely.
